Only the best for this retired couple & their custom home; custom landscape, water features, patios and an expansive sod lawn … until winter weather, summer heat and a new dog absolutely ruined the whole thing.

The sod lawn had been invaded with rodents, weeds and invasive ant and worm farms – there was little left to do if they wanted to enjoy this backyard but start over.  The dampness from the natural lawn brought in mosquitoes and no seem-ums; and all the work, watering, mowing and regular lawn care. Time to consider options!

What could they use that could handle all the issues their country home posed to this area; bark, rock, NOOOO!

Artificial grass made the most sense … they reached out to us to install this beautiful artificial grass lawn!

With some extra rodent control, rolled-edge and dg pathway to the garden boxes – plenty of room for puppy-time, too!
