Fully installed projects are protected with our 10 year installation guarantee!  If there’s a warranty issue with your turf – we’ll remove it and replace it at no cost.

Manufacturer’s Product Warranty

It’s important that you read a product warranty to understand what it covers. Most manufacturers will provide up to 15 year product warranties that cover manufacturer’s workmanship and damage to 50% of the blade height due to degradation of yarn fibers caused by UV exposure. Their warranties ONLY cover professionally installed materials and do not include removal and reinstallation. Just as in the carpet industry no artificial turf grass manufacturer will warranty a consumer style of artificial grass for wear & tear – however – kept free of debris, groomed and free of organic materials and odors – quality, professionally installed artificial grass surfaces, in moderate to low traffic, can last 20+ years!  We know because we’ve have real-world customers enjoying installations that we built 20+ years ago!
